Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by: 

 

Appalachian Sealcoating and Asphalt Maintenance


1. Scheduling Deposits

Certain projects may require a scheduling deposit to secure your service date.  Deposits are:

●Non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled service
●Applied toward the total project cost
●Subject to forfeiture if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service date


2. Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule service by contacting us at least:
48 hours prior to the scheduled service date
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:


●Deposit forfeiture
●Rescheduling fees
●Service delays


3. Weather-Related Delays

Asphalt maintenance services are weather dependent.
If services must be postponed due to weather conditions:


●Your deposit will remain on file
●Services will be rescheduled at the next available suitable date
●No cancellation fees will apply


4. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of asphalt maintenance services, refunds will not be issued once:


●Work has commenced
●Materials have been applied
●Equipment has been mobilized to the job site
If a verified service issue occurs, we may:


●Provide corrective service
●Offer reasonable accommodations at our discretion
